We encourage people with diverse backgrounds to apply for this role. The Opportunity The Supervisor – Workshop is a key part of the Komatsu Dry Creek Branch. Responsible and accountable for the operation of the Workshop to ensure it runs safely, efficiently, profitably and offers a genuine product to the customers of the Branch. The role supervises a team of various skillsets including Technicians, TA's, Leading Hands and Apprentices and is in control of coordinating the activities including workflow and staff allocations, ensuring that all deadlines are met, documentation is completed, and jobs are invoiced promptly. Trade qualification, with a minimum of five years post qualification experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy earth moving equipment. Holds a current driver’s license. Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment with a proactive approach. Proven abilities in Excel and proficient user of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
