Join our team as a Supplier Governance Officer and be central to Macquarie Asset Management’s transformation journey as we look to operationalise and strategise to be an integral function of the Group and Macquarie more broadly. You will have the opportunity to work across global teams, including Macquarie Asset Management’s Public and Private Investment divisions. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the relationships and performance of suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, industry regulations, and contractual obligations. Your role will also involve monitoring supplier performance, conducting risk assessments, and implementing governance frameworks that drive continuous improvement and value creation. What you offer 3-5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related role. Proven track record of managing supplier performance and applying governance frameworks. Understanding of the Service Provider Standard and/or Policy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in supplier management software and tools (ideally using Process Unity - MySupplier). We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
