You’ll provide personalized care, foster independence, and contribute to an inclusive society. Flexibility is essential as shifts occur on both weekdays and weekends. While experience is ideal, we also welcome candidates who have cared for loved ones or family members, or those returning to the workforce or seeking a career change. Must be willing to do Personal Care or be willing to learn how to provide this kind of care. Key Responsibilities: Support individuals in various settings (home, community, Aruma hubs, respite houses). Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Encourage skill development, community participation, and personal growth. Assist with daily living, personal care, and mobility. Provide person-centred support to foster independence and meet individual goals. Advocate for individuals' rights and needs. Ensure a safe environment.
