We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Trade Supervisor to join our fast-paced, dynamic and rewarding Maintenance Team at Ulan Underground. Reporting to the Surface Coordinator, the Surface Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for effectively planning, executing and coordinating a range of surface maintenance and infrastructure management activities, including pumping equipment, main fan, water and sewerage plants, buildings and equipment. You will coordinate and supervise a team of trades people and contractors to ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and according to specification.Key responsibilities: Plan, execute and coordinate surface maintenance activities Provide leadership and technical guidance to a team of mechanical trades people and contractors Ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently in line with operational plans and procedures Asset management and reporting in line with policies and procedures About you: Mechanical trade Previous industry experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strong working relationships Proven experience leading teams through high volume maintenance activities Sound working knowledge of SAP and Asset Management systems What could job satisfaction look like for me?
