The Role: We're seeking to appoint an experienced Sustainability Lead to drive and oversee the management of AP+'s approach to sustainability / ESG and spearhead the roll-out of a forward-thinking sustainability roadmap aligned with our mission, values, and business objectives. This pivotal role demands a resilient, visionary leader who excels in organisational and project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and thought leadership. Day to day you will not only drive impactful changes across diverse sustainability initiatives but also ensure their seamless integration within our operations. A key focus of this role will be to inspire and influence both internal and external stakeholders, overseeing the successful delivery of initiatives across 5 impact dimensions (Governance, Customers, Communities, People and Planet). Proposed Position Requirements are: Proven experience in a senior sustainability role. Robust experience presenting at Executive and Board level, with ease and expertise in using Microsoft Office Suite (notably PowerPoint). Demonstrated success in delivering sustainability programs with measurable outcomes. Knowledge of the B Corp and other sustainability frameworks, standards and reporting (e.g. GRI, SDGs, TCFD, etc.) What happens next: At AP+, we believe in the power of passion, pride, and purpose.
