QIC - Melbourne, VIC - Job Description The Opportunity We are seeking an Environment Manager to join QIC on a permanent full-time basis. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the environmental sustainability elements of QIC Real Estate's ESG strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and to lead the ongoing development of environmental strategies. We are flexible for this person to be based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. Complete environmental sustainability reporting and benchmarking obligations, including QIC Real Estate ESG Report, GRESB Reports, NGERS, NABERS, and Green Star. Monitor asset and fund level environmental sustainability performance. Collaborate with asset and national operations and investment teams to identify asset and portfolio-wide programs to drive improvements. Promote QIC Real Estate's environmental sustainability approach to clients through presentations and reports.
