The sweet things you'll be involved in: Sugar Australia has an exciting opportunity for a full-time System Implementation Business Lead to join our team on a fixed term 12-month contract, based at our Yarraville, VIC head office. This role will lead the successful implementation of our new Demand Planning/Financial Planning System across Sugar Australia. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead the system implementation, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful delivery. Develop and manage the system implementation project plan, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation. Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and document functional and technical requirements for the system. Serve as the primary point of contact for business teams and IT throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any risks and issues. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets business needs. Develop and execute a change management strategy to ensure smooth adoption of the new system across teams. Provide training support to end users and ensure high-level system adoption post-implementation. What we're wanting you to bring to the table: This role is ideal for someone with a background in IT project management, demand planning, and supply planning, particularly with experience in implementing demand planning systems. Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Information Technology, or Finance. At least 5 years of experience in demand planning or project management, with a focus on system implementation. Proven experience in implementing demand planning and financial forecasting tools. Excellent communication skills to engage, train, and present to key stakeholders. Strong leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams, overseeing complex projects, and driving system adoption across the business.
