Design and implement system improvements, introduce new services and self-service options, and optimize information management. Lead the delivery of new efficiencies, pioneer customer-focused solutions, and build innovative ways of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This permanent position is aligned with our Flexible Working Arrangements procedures which offers hybrid arrangements subject to approvals including having a mix of in-person days at the home office locations of Burwood/Macquarie Park.
