The Opportunity Are you a tech-savvy leader with a passion for data and sustainability? TasRecycle is on the lookout for a dynamic Systems and Data Manager to oversee and optimise our data systems and technological infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and security across our recycling operations. As the Systems and Data Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and organisational goals. You’ll work closely with our IT platform providers and vendors, driving system improvements and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Manage and optimise TasRecycle’s systems, databases, and data. - Oversee data collection, storage, and processing. - Implement data analytics and reporting systems. - Lead the development and implementation of IT systems. - Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory obligations. About You - Bachelor or Advanced Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management or IT management. - Proven experience with IT systems management and data analysis tools. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
