Job Description
Storage Administrators – TSPV Clearance Required We are seeking two skilled Storage Administrators to provide ICT Systems Administration (Storage and Backup) services within a highly secure and complex environment. This role will focus on sustaining existing infrastructure while contributing to the design and implementation of future backup and storage solutions across multiple geographically separated data centres. A current TSPV clearance is essential, along with the ability to undergo an Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA). Key Responsibilities: Support the design and implementation of future storage and backup strategies. Provide systems administration and support for existing Storage Area Networks (SAN). Assist with resolving Service Requests and Incident tickets in the Storage and Backup Services queue. Work collaboratively to manage incidents, problems, and continuous service improvements. Key Criteria: Experience with enterprise storage technologies from Hitachi, HPE, and Pure Storage. Strong knowledge of enterprise backup and recovery solutions. Experience with SAN networking, Windows Servers, and Unix/Linux platforms. Proven experience with VMware and ICT security principles. Location: Canberra. Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options. Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role. This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements.
