Location: Canberra, AustraliaSector: IT TSPV Clearance - Desktop Support Technicians – Multiple Roles Available Are you an experienced Desktop Support Technician with a strong background in IT service and support? We are looking for seven skilled professionals to join a high-security environment in Canberra. In this role, you will provide essential IT support, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and network configuration. If you have a current TSPV clearance and a passion for delivering excellent IT support, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Manage ICT stores, conduct stocktakes, and handle equipment setup and disposal. Install and configure endpoint devices, including network connections and security settings. Use deployment technologies to install operating systems and applications. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring effective incident resolution. Key Requirements: Strong experience in ICT deployment, network switch configuration, and system connectivity. Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining desktop systems. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide specialist network advice. Current and active AGSVA TSPV security clearance is essential. Location: Canberra.Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options.Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role. This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements.
