Overview Our client is currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse technology stack and provide hands-on IT support in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide desktop support across Windows and Mac OS environments Support Microsoft 365 applications, including OneDrive, MS Teams, and SharePoint Troubleshoot and manage Active Directory and network configurations using Cisco Meraki Support cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS) and video conferencing systems Assist with mobile device management (iPhone, iPad, Samsung) Maintain and troubleshoot office printers and copiers What We're Looking For: 5+ years of relevant experience in desktop support within a regional or global organization Knowledge of IT Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of an organization A collaborative and consultative approach to IT support Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies To be considered for the role, click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities, please contact Rayan Thomas on +618 7422 0610 or email and quote the above job reference number.
