Currently, we are looking for partners/engineers for onsite support services in and around to assist our clients. Job Overview The role of Desktop/Network/End User Support is based on call ticket-based projects on a casual basis. This position involves providing dispatch/adhoc, backfill projects, and the scope of work varies from client to client. Qualifications and Skills Experience in handling desktop/network issues Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems Install patches Software and Hardware Break Fix Well-versed network engineer (Good to have CCNA or above certification) Basics of Wifi Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch, and Router Configuration Install and administer MS Office Proficiency in Business English with the local language Standard Tools Engineers Need to Carry While Going to Site Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights Cisco Console cable (DB9 – Rj45 or USB RJ45). Ensure drivers are properly installed if using a USB converter The laptop should have the following programs/software installed: Putty Team Viewer TFTP server Screw Driver Set Internet data Card TECH MUST HAVE CONSOLE CABLE AND LAPTOP AND HAVE ABILITY TO CONSOLE INTO CISCO ROUTER AND USE WEBEX If you are interested, please mention the following info and attach your updated resume to : Mention your Total Years Of Experience: Mention your Years of Experience in Network?
