We are seeking an organized and proactive HR professional looking to kick off their next chapter as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Streem. This newly created role will play a pivotal part in attracting and hiring top talent for our growing team! Working closely with hiring managers and the broader P&C team, you will be at the heart of the recruitment process. What you'll be responsible for Create good candidate experiences and relationships by engaging and supporting applicants throughout the recruitment funnel. Manage and improve organizational processes to minimize complexities and increase productivity. Coordinate meetings and events and align parties throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Skills you'll need Works with others by being open, clear in communication, and listening to achieve goals. Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables. Compares and ranks the relative importance and/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions.
