AAM is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in attracting top talent, fostering leadership capabilities, and supporting our HR strategies. Key responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Sourcing : Collaborate with leaders to develop recruitment strategies, attract high-quality candidates, and oversee the entire recruitment process, from job advertisements to making job offers. Candidate Engagement : Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring timely communication and providing a positive recruitment experience. Strategic Staffing : Work closely with HR Business Partners and managers to identify staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives. Leadership Development : Support leaders in improving leadership capabilities by identifying performance gaps and delivering tailored training programs. Process Improvement : Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to meet evolving organizational needs. Internal Movement : Facilitate internal transfers, promotions, and secondments, ensuring talent growth within the company. Onboarding & Inductions : Oversee onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth transitions into the company culture. Compliance & Reporting : Ensure adherence to HR policies, recruitment legislation, and privacy regulations. Maintain candidate databases and track performance and retention of placements. About you Ideally you will have: Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or operational environment. Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and recruitment legislation. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment. A collaborative mindset, ready to contribute to a team-focused culture. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to drive organizational success. An energetic, adaptable, and positive ‘can-do’ attitude. Qualifications in Human Resources or similar (ideal but not essential).
