As a Talent Acquisition Volume Partner , you’ll take the lead on high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring a seamless hiring process and a strong pipeline of top talent. You'll work closely with hiring managers to develop and implement effective bulk recruitment strategies that align with business needs. Beyond execution, you'll also play a strategic role by advising on best practices, market trends, and ways to enhance the candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include: Partnering with internal teams to streamline onboarding and improve efficiency. Facilitating assessment centres and using various selection tools to identify the best candidates. Driving strategic workforce planning and educating stakeholders on long-term talent acquisition strategies. About you You’re an experienced talent acquisition professional with a background in high-volume recruitment or a similar fast-paced environment. With strong project management and workforce planning experience, you know how to develop and implement strategic hiring initiatives for large-scale recruitment needs. Your ability to build relationships and influence hiring managers allows you to drive best practices and deliver exceptional outcomes. What you bring: Proven experience in end-to-end high-volume talent acquisition. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coach and advise hiring managers. A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience and continuously improving processes. Experience facilitating assessment centres and working with a variety of selection tools.
