We're looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to thrive in a busy, high-volume environment. You'll be more than a recruiter; you'll be a talent partner, collaborating with business leaders to attract, source, and onboard top volume talent. Your expertise in end-to-end recruitment will ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and speed, all while delivering a superior candidate experience. Apply now and join our supportive & inclusive talent team or email Zoe for more details on Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Partnering with business leaders (volume) to create innovative recruitment/sourcing & candidate assessment strategies. Develop sourcing plans specific to business lines, building a pipeline of diverse talent by attending careers fairs, researching and contacting community services, universities and utilising social media etc. Organising and attending assessment centres on a regular basis. Provide exceptional candidate service and ensure timely feedback is shared with any unsuccessful candidates. Proactive planning of recruitment campaigns within the volume business lines to attract suitable talent as based on the needs of our departments. Skills & Experience: Experience delivering on people plans to proactively source and build pathways for volume talent. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to consult, negotiate and influence with business stakeholders and senior decision-makers. Thrive on providing an exceptional candidate & hiring manager experience in a dynamic environment. Highly resilient and strong attention to detail. Problem solving and decision-making skills, particularly with respect to the development and implementation of viable talent initiatives/solutions. Strong collaboration and teamwork tendencies to support others. Experience with relevant HR Systems and technologies including Oracle Taleo.
