The position of Talent Coordinator aka "The Ninja" is a key team player as you support the team through the art of talent administration. This role is based in office, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm. This is a varied role and as our Ninja, you will be responsible for: Provide a stellar candidate experience as you guide candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process with care and efficiency. Conduct screening calls to assess candidates' skills and fit. Booking interviews for both the Consultants and Stakeholders. Maintain and build talent pools. Administration duties such as weekly reporting. What you'll need to succeed: Our coordinators come from a wide range of backgrounds. You'll need to have strong customer service skills, a positive phone manner and be able to use Excel and MS Word. You'll thrive under pressure and respond proactively and positively to targets. You'll be inquisitive, wanting to understand more about people and businesses and have a willingness to learn. You will need a minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role ideally with phone experience.
