Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead the charge in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for senior roles.In this high-impact role, you'll utilise cutting-edge sourcing techniques, targeted marketing, and proactive candidate engagement strategies to build a pipeline of top talent. Your expertise in talent pooling, interview best practices, and a seamless candidate experience will ensure we secure the best leaders across all disciplines.As a key partner to business leaders, you'll work closely with departments to understand their needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and drive effective selection processes. If you're ready to make a real difference in shaping the future leadership of the University, apply now and help us bring in top talent!About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: Demonstrated experience in senior level recruitment and selection advice and support (in-house recruitment experience is essential). Recruitment experience and expertise in Higher Education, including the development and execution of talent attraction strategies for academic staff. The ability to understand complex talent requirements and develop short, medium, and long-term strategies to address those requirements, including establishing talent pools of engaged candidates for future needs. High-level interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ability to use effective negotiation techniques to achieve outcomes.
