Our Talent (HR) team is expanding with the growth of On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. You will have the opportunity to shape On's people agenda collaborating with the team on a variety of people related topics and providing efficient and effective support to employees and leaders. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, efficiency and optimisation, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and who is skilled at thinking outside the box. Your Mission Act as a partner to the business by being the main point of contact for all Talent related topics and by advising leaders and team members. Shape how On embeds and keeps its culture and ways of working. Manage all day-to-day employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and offboarding in close partnerships with the Talent (HR) team and leaders. Manage different talent queries ranging from onboarding through offboarding, including payroll, absence management, workplace guidelines, team member changes (contract and systems changes), reference letter creation, support with local documents, and overall support with ad-hoc queries. Evaluate, drive and implement process, guideline and workflow optimisation, like performance management, individual and team development, FTE planning, and always look for opportunities to automate and improve. Manage and maintain positive relations with team members through development of employee relations policies, handling employee grievances, and providing guidance and support on Talent-related matters. Act as an advisor on local labor relations ensuring all employment practices are compliant with local legislation. Be the main point of contact with labor Unions, managing relations and attending committee meetings. Your Story 3-6 years experience in Talent Processes, BP, HR Generalist or Talent Shared Services; retail HR experience is a plus. Knowledge about Oceania labor law topics, and proven experience in payroll processing and compliance, handling benefits deductions, Superannuation, and Payroll Tax. Previous retail experience will be valuable. Fluent in English. A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives when being challenged. Experience in cross-functional collaboration with a focus on delivering exceptional support. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with people. Know when process and structure can be used as an enabler of innovation. Good understanding of a business process being analyzed and how it affects the various functions; Workday knowledge is a plus. Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and enjoy thinking outside the box.
