We're now on the lookout for an experienced Talent Manager to join us and continue on our success story. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?... We’re looking for a Talent Manager to join a leading agency in Sydney. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of influencers and content creators, building strong relationships with brands, and securing impactful collaborations. You’ll have a deep understanding of influencer marketing, social media trends, and PR strategies, ensuring talent partnerships align with both brand objectives and audience engagement. The ideal candidate is experienced in negotiating contracts, identifying new opportunities, and providing strategic guidance to talent, helping them grow their personal brand and commercial success. If you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital landscape and have a passion for talent management, this is your opportunity to make a mark in the industry. 2 + years of experience in Talent Management Strong understanding of influencer marketing, content creation trends, and social media platforms Experience working with influencers, creators, and talent managers A creative mind with the ability to craft engaging campaign ideas and influencer briefs Skilled in analysing campaign metrics and optimising performance Strong project management / account management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously A creative mindset and a passion for all things social TO BE CONSIDERED...
