About the Role As a Talent Sourcer specializing in Product & Tech roles, you’ll be the talent scout who uses various methods to find potential candidates, engage with those who might not be actively looking, and start building a robust talent pool for our future hiring needs. If you’re good at making connections, have a knack for finding candidates through diverse channels, and enjoy the technical domain, we’d be thrilled to hear from you! You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers and will be instrumental in piecing together our hiring puzzle, making sure we find exceptional candidates who share ROLLER’s values, vision and goals. This role gives you the flexibility to adopt a hybrid work approach, maintaining a true work/life balance. This includes working in our centrally located South Melbourne office 3 days per week and having the option to work from home outside of these days. What You'll Do Provide an amazing candidate experience, communicating our mission, values and incredible culture. Engage with potential candidates through different platforms and professional networks such as GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn and tech meetups. Craft & send recruitment emails or messaging tailored to attract tech talent. Provide market intelligence on trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights to guide hiring decisions. Partner with hiring managers to identify their talent needs to be able to source the right candidate for specific Product & Tech roles including software engineers, product managers etc. Think creatively about talent attraction. Proactively engaging with talent and creating talent pools for tech teams, using innovative sourcing techniques. Bring your passion for technology as well as an understanding of different technical role types, frameworks, programming languages and market trends to accurately attract top talent. Immerse yourself in our EVP campaigns articulating our culture and vibe to the market. Ensure our ATS (Greenhouse) is accurate and up to date with all information as well as being able to find further efficiencies. About You Demonstrated experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role with a specialty in finding talent for Product & Tech roles and a deep understanding of the technical landscape. Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and creating talent pools for various technical roles whilst engaging with them on a regular basis. In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and market insights for tech recruitment, including familiarity with technical assessments. An ability to consult, influence, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders through your strong verbal and written communication skills. A passion for fast-growing tech businesses where you can build effective, cohesive and high performing teams. Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex challenges while collaborating with stakeholders. You’re a team player and happy to roll your sleeves up and hustle when needed.
