What You'll Do: Build strong relationships with top tech and digital talent, becoming their trusted career advisor. Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including detailed database searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, job ads, and more. Craft compelling job advertisements that showcase exciting opportunities. Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from initial contact to offer stage, including reference checks. Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout their job search journey. Partner closely with Account Managers to ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved. Who You Are: Proven experience in recruitment within the IT sector and exposure to the financial sector A passion for building relationships, with a coachable attitude and eagerness to grow. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive and results-oriented individual with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. A strong phone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly Ready to make a difference?
