ROLE A rare opportunity exists for a 2-4 year PAE Tax Lawyer to join this leading taxation group. You will work with a diverse client base, including high-profile national, government, and global clients, under the guidance of a highly respected Partner. Your responsibilities will include: Advising on tax and revenue matters, including entity structuring and restructuring Providing strategic tax advice on mergers, acquisitions, and debt/equity funding Managing disputes with the ATO and QRO, including objections and appeals Assisting clients with ATO audits, reviews, and compliance matters Drafting tax-related agreements such as tax-sharing agreements, employee share schemes, and service entity agreements Representing clients in appeals before the AAT, QCAT, Federal Court, and Supreme Court Supporting commercial transactions by ensuring tax-efficient structuring and compliance.
