Teacher - Secondary - Flexispace Year 7-8 - Laidley State High School Teach Queensland (Organisation site)Laidley State High School - Metropolitan South Region Laidley State High School is seeking applications for a flexispace teacher for Years 7-8. This position is ideal for innovative and flexible Mathematics or English teachers who would like to work in a bespoke classroom environment as part of their full-time timetable, implementing the Australian curriculum with innovative pedagogies and targeted strategies to support a smaller group of students in the area of Mathematics and/or English. This will be a component of the timetable, with the remainder being made up of mainstream teaching in the successful applicant's teaching areas. Laidley State High School has a positive and fostering culture for both staff and students. We are a medium-sized school with 17% First Nations students. Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland. Pre-service/graduate teachers must have been granted provisional registration prior to commencing employment as a teacher. Employment for pre-service/graduate teachers will be subject to the successful completion of a relevant teaching qualification and meeting the minimum requirements as a teacher with the department.
