About the role Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, City Rangers, this dynamic and rewarding role is responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and ongoing support to staff within the City Rangers Unit. We're looking for someone with: proven leadership and coaching experience strong conflict management skills exceptional interpersonal, time management, and customer service abilities in-depth knowledge of NSW legislation relevant to local government a track record of effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders well-developed written and oral communication skills a strong focus on ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and codes flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments, while maintaining the required quality standards. This role has the option of an 18-day month. The recommended applicant must complete a pre-employment health declaration, medical assessment, and a criminal history check.
