Job Summary We are currently searching for a talented Digital Marketing Team Lead to join us and contribute on several large-scale and challenging client projects. At Cognizant Technology Solutions, we operate at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, offering a rich array of digital display advertising solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy.We help advertisers reach customers on web-based shopping portals, across our other owned and operated sites, on other high-quality sites across the web, and on millions of mobile and tablet devices. We put the customer at the heart of everything we do and work backwards, including in advertising. What Does Success Look Like? Bachelor's degree with 7+ years experience in business development/sales within E-Com/Ad agency/E-com service provider domains. Fluency in conversant and written English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for advertiser comfort. Effective communication skills in Hindi are a plus. Experience in core operations, people management, customer management; preferably online marketing/advertising operations. Ability to handle escalation queries within the defined TAT. Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing Search/Keyword Based Ad Platforms. Demonstrate a high level of understanding of internal and external clients' business. Determine client needs and expectations and participate in the development of the overall client service plan. Complete ownership and accountability for delivery of operational metrics including CSAT, SLAs, and capacity utilization for your teams; devise strategies to meet targets. Sound judgment, attention to detail, and flexibility in balancing program requirements and tight deadlines. Manage a team of 10+ digital marketers along with 1 or 2 Process Specialists (SME). Amazon Advertising experience is a plus. Responsible for tracking and providing reports of service levels for all levels of the organization to Client Program Managers at regular intervals, and working with Client Program Managers to resolve non-performance.
