Your contribution will be highly visible across the organisation, and you will feel supported by the whole team. Your key responsibilities: Oversee & manage production activities to meet KPI’s. Training and developing a diverse range of production team members to maintain seamless line coverage. Ensure expectations in safety performance, production quality & customer service are being achieved. Provide technical support. Lead culture in the factory, including improving the skill levels of direct reports. The ideal candidate should have the following skills/experiences: Experience as a Manufacturing Team Leader; Food Industry experience is a distinct advantage. Natural leadership skills to bring the best out of your team. Technical know-how and minor troubleshooting on various manufacturing equipment. Prior experience managing a workforce in a manufacturing facility with multiple high-speed production lines. FMCG experience, with a quality-focused mindset. Experience with ISO quality systems, HACCP, and GMP. Excellent organisational skills to actively manage meeting the daily production plan to specification while adhering to quality protocols. Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives. Strong planning, organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Focus on health & safety . Excellent interpersonal skills. Sound knowledge of MS Office. A full position description will be made available during the interview process.
