In this role, you'll: Lead a team of Claims and Recoveries Officers who deliver high-quality customer service and manage the end-to-end portfolio of either liability or property claims. Ensure the Claims Officers deliver quality, prompt and efficient service and advice to clients, whilst ensuring compliance with delegated authority, legislation and policies. Provide expert advice regarding claims management and work to reduce claims costs and minimise insurance premiums. Utilise your experience as a General Liability or Property Claims Advisor, overseeing or managing people. Understand relevant insurance legislation and regulations as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team. Ensure stakeholders have a wonderful customer experience and build rapport quickly using excellent communication skills.
