Job Description We are currently looking for the Team Leader - Rehabilitation Consultant based in Liverpool NSW for a 12-month contract opportunity. This role is ideal for an experienced or senior/principal consultant looking to move into a leadership role or a current leader looking for a change of scenery. It is a role that you can make your own and take the next steps in your career! Highly suited for: An experienced or senior/principal consultant looking to move into a leadership role, or a current team leader looking for a different team to manage or a change of scenery. Ideally, you will have 2+ years Occupational Rehabilitation experience. The position is available for Provisional Psychologist, Rehab Counsellors and Registered Psychologists only. Position type: Fulltime - 12 months contract Qualifications You will have: Excellent communication skills and demonstrated skills in driving consultant engagement, facilitating change and high performance; 2+ years Occupational Rehabilitation experience. Analytical skills, attention to detail and solution focused; High enthusiasm and innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement strategies. Strong Excel and Case Management skills.
