Since 1998, Arriba Group has grown to over 600 staff across more than 40 offices nationwide. About You Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology. Psychologist applicants need to be a general psychologist. Registration with AHPRA or ASORC. At least two years’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation. Experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting (previous Team leader experience ideal but we will consider accomplished senior consultants). Passionate about stakeholder management and pride yourself on effective communication skills. The Role Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Psychologists, Rehab Counsellors & Social Workers providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork. Provide your expert guidance and support through structured quality assurance and strategic review. Strong clinical and technical knowledge to deliver a high service standard to our clients and customers.
