The Ryde AOT is a dynamic multidisciplinary mental health team and this is a great opportunity to step into the Team Leader role until August 2025. Where you'll be working : Ryde Community Mental Health Centre What you'll be doing : The Team Leader will lead the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) in the provision of recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care that is guided by evidence-based practice, collaboration with others, and ongoing quality improvement. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply. Minimum Requirements: AHPRA Registration in Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Psychology, or eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Workers. Psychologist is required to hold a Master Degree. Current NSW driver’s license. Relevant management tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent work experience. Allied Health positions require minimum experience as a Level 2 clinician. Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and support a clinical team. Extensive experience in and commitment to the management and treatment of consumers with significant mental health issues and disabilities in a community setting including experience in the application of the Mental Health Act and other relevant legislation. Demonstrated experience in leading change in the context of service improvement.
