The role We’re searching for an outstanding individual to join our dynamic team as the Team Business Manager for Tim and Megan Thredgold at Alexander Real Estate. In this pivotal role, you’ll work alongside two of Adelaide’s top-performing agents, providing high-level administration and marketing support while helping to deliver an exceptional client experience. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-energy, results-driven team where your skills and passion for real estate will truly shine. We’re looking for someone with meticulous attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a natural ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. You should be professional, well-presented, and possess an engaging personality that instantly connects with clients. Creativity, adaptability, and a solid understanding of contract law and South Australian real estate legislation are essential. While holding a Real Estate Sales Licence is preferred, we’re open to candidates willing to obtain one. This is a full-time role, with some after-hours and weekend work required. Key Responsibilities: Exceptional management of all property listings from start to finish and attended open inspections and auctions when required. Executing accurate and detailed legal documentation relating to the sale of residential property. Diary management of Tim and Megan, Vendor and Purchaser management and project management throughout the sale process. Outstanding marketing and creative skills in creating property copywriting, brochures, adverts and online marketing campaigns, as well as a high level of social media and digital marketing knowledge. Meet strict deadlines and manage checklists to ensure every detail of the sales process is managed. Assist in lead generation, callbacks and follow-up with potential buyers when requested. Manage an extensive database of clients. Day-to-day support of Tim and Megan, managing their diaries and preparing appraisal information, property research and attending to any requirements throughout the day, including attending building inspections, bank valuations, property show-throughs and other requirements when requested.
