Technical Business Analyst | Entitlements Platform Our Entitlements platform team in Macquarie’s Banking and Financial Services Group is dedicated to building a revolutionary platform that leverages cutting-edge technologies. This platform is designed to provision, determine, and maintain the account access and permissions of Banking and Financial Services customers in near real-time, supporting all business channels with a focus on creating iconic, omni-channel, and secure customer access experiences. As a Technical Business Analyst in Data, you will collaborate with our key internal stakeholders to design, build, deploy, and test data solutions and APIs. Your role will support data migration, strategic transformation, and system decommissioning initiatives. Utilising in-depth data analysis techniques and stakeholder management, you will identify and document processes and solutions to deliver high-quality, reliable data. You will also facilitate workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into functional designs. What you offer 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a strong technical background and exposure to API development and integration, as well as data migration, transformation, and system decommissioning initiatives. Confidence in navigating complex data assets by integrating large sets of data. Ability to collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Analysts, Application/System Experts, Core Banking, Digital, and Data/Analytics stakeholders to translate processes into technical documentation, data lineage, and source to target mappings. Proficiency in conducting in-depth analysis to identify and resolve data-related issues. Strong understanding of ETL/data/reporting tools (SQL, Talend, Alteryx, Tableau, or similar tools) to analyse and comprehend existing data processes and adapt them to new solutions. Ability to work in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Familiarity with integration points to core banking and party systems, and assisted channel servicing systems like Salesforce. We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
