Technical Lead IT/Tech Infrastructure (BH-229-6) Location: Sydney, AustraliaSector: ITSalary: Up to $165,000 + Superannuation We are looking for a Technical Lead to join an industry powerhouse in IT/Tech solutions. If you are a junior Technical Lead or an experienced Solutions Architect looking to set up roots and grow further within your company/role, then this is the opportunity for you! Who we are looking for: Experience in assembling technical solutions for businesses with a variety of needs. Proficient in Network/Solutions Diagram design. Expertise in system/infrastructure integration and API functionality. Effective communication and presentation of complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-Level Executives. Market Intelligence and knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies. What you’ll be doing: Craft Business Solutions Strategies – Analyse client requirements and develop tailored technology infrastructure solutions and create reference architecture. Sales Team Enablement - Educate and Mentor the sales team on technology solutions, boosting their ability to operate independently. Engage with clients – Lead strategic discussions and own the technical conversation, providing technical guidance and fostering long-term relationships with high-level executives while uncovering new deals or progressing existing ones. Manage Vendor Relationships – Establish and maintain vendor certifications and partnerships. Collaboration – Work closely with management and the sales team to align technical strategies and enhance the ability to close sales and contribute to the technical and business strategy.
