Technical Solutions Manager – Energy and Rail Infrastructure 4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Your Responsibilities Engage with customers to evaluate and pre-qualify MV Technology Solutions' products and services, ensuring they align with customer needs and market opportunities. Lead efforts to introduce and promote new technologies, presenting solutions to key clients. Facilitate early-stage technical discussions with customers to influence project specifications during the design phase. Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities. Provide technical support, prepare proposals, presentations, and tailored customer documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and sales functions to ensure strategies align with overall business objectives. Represent MV Technology Solutions at industry events, seminars, and technical committees, showcasing innovations to strengthen market leadership. Design and execute strategies to expand market share using MV Technology Solutions' diverse product portfolio effectively. Actively address customer concerns, delivering exceptional service and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Participate in interstate travel to visit clients, typically one week every two months, building strong relationships and addressing client needs directly. Uphold MV Technology Solutions' core values of safety and integrity, taking ownership of actions and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture. Your Background A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in account management, product marketing, or business development, ideally within the electrical energy or rail sectors. Strong technical expertise in high-voltage equipment, switchgear, or similar technologies. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple initiatives concurrently. Experience in working with consultants and influencing project specifications to achieve desired outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a successful track record of customer engagement. Willingness and flexibility to undertake interstate travel as part of the role. Key KPIs Meeting or exceeding revenue growth targets. Achieving market share expansion through proactive account management and customer relationship building.
