We're seeking a skilled Tech Lead to lead the front-end development of our Microsoft PowerApps Portals, focusing on creating seamless, accessible user experiences. This role involves building and customising UI components, integrating with Dataverse and Dynamics 365, and automating workflows. The Principal Technical Lead is a Program-level strategic role, it’s a hands-on Engineering Lead role who drives Technical excellence through deep knowledge of MSPower-Platform (PowerApp, PowerPages, PowerAutomate) and bringing PowerPlatform’s industry-best practice to thought-lead technical streams of work. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of Power Platform solutions (model-driven Power Platform) with a focus on creating modern, user-friendly interfaces Ability to be a technical bridge between business requirements and technology design; and lead Sr. Engineers and Engineers through Portal development Lead conversations with Microsoft and any other 3rd party product providers to ensure best-practice product features are implemented in the technical design As required, influence product partner road-map through product functionality gap identification and positive influencing (to minimise custom-code build) Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of Power Platform applications Guide the project towards incremental, high-value releases in line with Agile delivery methods; and ability to translate tech-speak into business showcases to demonstrate progress Qualifications: Total experience of 15+ years and at least 3+ Years experience as a Senior or Lead Engineer – Microsoft Power Platform Must have worked in a hands-on technical capacity in 2 projects based on model-driven Portal development project based on Power Platform Strong understanding of how business application are developed with Power platform with MS Dataverse, Dynamics CE and Dynamics Fin&Ops Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus MSDynamicsCE and MSDynamics Fin&Ops project implementation experience will be highly regarded LTI Mindtree Minds Enjoy: Flexible working arrangements - work here there or anywhere!
