Job Description
Splash develops games and tools to power a new generation of creators. Users can create music, perform for live audiences, and interact with fans in a virtual music festival. Their AI research and capabilities include Text-to-Singing, Text-to-Rap, Generative Text-to-Music, Composition, Melody, Voice Transfer, Lyrics, and Mastering. They also have a tool called Kaimix, that makes music using the user's voice for lyrics and melody. Job Responsibilities Design and implement ML algorithms to enhance music creation tools and solve various user problems in line with product goals. Identify and implement off-the-shelf ML and AI tools to solve practical problems efficiently. Understand the requirements of running models in production, including domain shift testing, QA, A/B testing, and so on. Maintain production-ready code with considerations for how solutions fit the product and enhance the user experience. Build scalable, maintainable data pipelines to handle audio and other unstructured data. Understand consumer needs and ensure that the elements developed by the team will contribute to player satisfaction and enjoyment. Work closely with the Lead Game Designer to ideate, design and plan new game content and features based on player feedback and data. Collaborate with other developers and designers to bring gameplay to life, including prototyping and refining features. Review and balance game economies for sustainability, engagement, and monetization. General troubleshooting with technical aspects. Remain current on industry trends. Project Management Responsibilities Collaborate with the Product Owners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Manage the project timeline, ensuring that milestones are met and that the team is on track. Oversee Jira management, including setting up and maintaining boards, tracking progress, and ensuring transparency in project status. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (CTO, General Manager, Senior Developers, UX/UI Designer) to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress. #J-18808-Ljbffr
