ALG has openings for Technical Records Officers to work with a leading national airline. You will have responsibility for ensuring that regulatory compliance documents are entered into the system and subsequently archived according to CASA regulatory requirements. This is a 3-month casual contract with full-time hours, with the potential for an extension. The schedule follows a 4-days-on, 4-days-off rotation with 12-hour night shifts. Responsibilities: Ensure all safety and regulatory compliance targets are achieved. Be a Safety Leader within the organisation’s CAMO. Ensure adequate OHS resources are provided to implement and maintain the S.A.F.E. System and associated programs. Demonstrate commitment and leadership to OHS by participating in meetings, inspections, promotions and other appropriate activities. Encourage and promote the involvement of all employees in achieving a safe and healthy workplace. Act with due care/consideration to safeguard own health and safety and that of others. Ensure compliance with safe working practices. Comply with all Occupational Health & Safety Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountability as detailed in company Policies and Procedures. Comply with all responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities as required by the Group management system standard and associated policies. Operational Deliverables: Ensure any missing Technical/Flight Technical and Flight Logs are expedited daily. Assist the Team Leader in collating data for reports as required. Escalate complex issues which impact on the completion of component changes. Monitor the Pending Technical Records report and ensure component changes are expedited within the required 7-day KPI. Skills: Data entry skills. Process driven, with experience in constructing new processes to deliver business goals. Highly motivated and committed to continuous improvement. Punctual and reliable.
