Providing solutions is a key focus of Statewide Bearings through these services to support an ever-growing wind energy industry. As the Sales Manager for wind energy, you will be responsible for the successful generation of sales, profit and KPI's through leading and developing the wind market in Victoria, and in time Nationally. Further to this, you will take ownership and develop a list of major clients. Your key objectives as the Technical Sales Manager - Wind Energy: Management of existing clients. Identify potential customer needs and opportunities to grow our business. Create synergies between purchasing, sales, engineering and site services. Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how we can add value to their business. Grow the existing wind clientele further through our wind energy product and service capabilities. Promote lead generation across the SWB Wind branch network and capitalize on existing relationship opportunities. Facilitate dual call opportunities with external sales staff and aid in promotion and technical support. Proficiently manage and maintain a detailed CRM system. Comply with all company procedures and policies including WH&S, QA and EMS. Proactively contribute to the ongoing development of the SWB Group processes and systems. To be part of this growing company, the successful applicant will need the following attributes and skills: Senior sales experience across industrial suppliers to major blue-chip companies located in the wind Industry. Previous experience in the bearing, lubrication and wind industry preferred but not essential. High level of understanding of the wind marketplace. Have the desire to develop your knowledge and skills to propel your career within our company. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism coupled with excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and motivate others to reach their full potential. Advanced computing skills. Willingness to travel to key areas within the state with occasional interstate travel as required. The successful applicant will be provided; Fantastic working environment and company culture.
