Practical Information: Location: Australia | Reports to: Business Success Manager Lead | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Australia | Language Requirements: Professional level English written and verbal |Work Arrangement: Hybrid/Remote | Learn more: crayon.com/au/ As our Technical Sales Specialist, you will focus on helping partners acquire & develop Modern Work and security customers within the partner & channel ecosystem . The candidate will also be responsible for driving upsell opportunities, guiding existing customers to higher-tier Microsoft licenses through the partner channel. Key responsibilities will include Partner with resellers to expand their marketing and sales capabilities, driving adoption of Modern Work and Copilot for Microsoft 365 while upselling to premium products Utilize Microsoft targeting tools like Cloud Ascent and programs like Co-op, CSP Workshops, and Solution Assessments to drive new customer conversations and identify on-prem to Cloud migration opportunities Implement a Rhythm of Business with the selected resellers and local Microsoft Stakeholders like Partner Account Managers, Technical Specialists, to check on progress, provide feedback and implement corrective actions if needed Drive partner engagement, promote campaigns, cross-sell Crayon services, and highlight the Microsoft and Indirect Provider partnership using available resources Your Competencies 3 years of experience in sales, presales, marketing, or consulting within the IT industry Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite , with MS900 and MS700 certifications to be completed within 2 months of onboarding Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Copilot for Microsoft 365, the Microsoft partner ecosystem, and the value of Copilot and generative AI in Microsoft 365 Experience working at a technology vendor , with a focus on selling or managing Microsoft products/solutions, preferred About You Demonstrates passion for technology, a strong learning attitude, and a growth mindset Exhibits strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team What's on Offer?
