With our head office based in Spring Hill in Brisbane, Bluefire Tech is the Australia Ericsson-LG iPECS Partner of the Year 2024 and we are looking for a motivated and technically-minded support agent professional to join our growing team. About the Role We have an exciting opportunity to grow your technical service career as a full-time Technical Sales & Support Officer. Based in Brisbane QLD, you will be reporting directly into the Operations Manager and will be responsible for being the first point of call for our existing managed clients' technical support requests. At Bluefire Technology Solutions, we support various technical-based products and platforms which include but are not limited to, cloud-based telephony, data and IP products, security products and services, mobile apps, websites and much more. Being the technical support resource for the organization, you will be responsible for handling all technical-based requests to isolate faults, action changes and add new services to our existing customers' platforms. Key responsibilities include providing technical advice and managing adds/moves/change orders for all systems and products we support, including the iPECS range of telephony services. For the successful candidate, we have a vision this person will naturally grow their skills within the organization with paid and supplied training on the various platforms and products we support. Due to the rapid growth of the business, we have great aspirations for the new candidate to showcase their skillset within the organization with a thirst to become a part of our leadership team as the technical head of our company. Some of your duties may include, but are not limited to: Managing a support ticket queue and responding to customers' technical queries Handling all technical support and fault email, ticket and phone call queries Managing and isolating incoming fault or service outage reports from our existing client base Building and maintaining existing client relationships through ongoing support Completing security audits and health-checks remotely Developing technical strategies and plans to adhere to the business growth plan Completing ongoing training and certification to be technically certified for the Ericsson-LG iPECS cloud platform About You We’re looking for a professional, dynamic team player who is driven to achieve results and who is technically minded! You will enjoy developing relationships, provide a high level of detail to all engagements and enjoy solving problems and providing solutions to our customers while engaging with a wide range of people. We are ideally seeking an individual with the desire to become a technical head within the business. To be successful in this role you will ideally have: Previous experience in a technical support role within a relevant industry Strong technical skills Knowledge of the undercarriage of telecommunications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professionalism, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic Why Join Us?
