For more information, visit: seadan.com.au About the Role: Technical Support: Troubleshoot product issues, liaise with manufacturers, and assist with technical enquiries. Sales & Customer Support: Leverage your technical expertise to recommend security solutions and build lasting customer relationships. Problem Solving: Use whatever means necessary to identify root causes and implement effective, long-term solutions. Product Knowledge & Training: Lead monthly training sessions and share product insights to keep the team and customers informed. Location: Full-time role based in Mount Waverley, with Monday to Friday hours. About You: Eager to Learn: Passionate about understanding how products work (and why they fail), with a relentless drive to find answers. Curious and Analytical: You go beyond quick fixes, investigating root causes to develop long-term solutions. Sales-Oriented: No sales experience? No problem! As long as you’re eager to engage with customers and provide outstanding service. Tech-Savvy: You don’t settle for surface-level knowledge—you dig into the 'how' and 'why' behind technology, with a strong grasp of networking and IP principles. Team Player: You collaborate effectively, sharing knowledge and supporting your colleagues. Working Rights: Australian or New Zealand citizen/resident. Experience (Preferred): Background in a technical role (e.g. firmware updates, hardware/software troubleshooting) is a plus, but a strong technical mindset and eagerness to learn matter most.
