Technical Services Manager - Underground & Open Pit Hard Rock Mine Complex Posted: 13/02/2025 Closing Date: 13/03/2025 Job Type: Permanent - Full Time Job Category: Mining, Oil & Gas Aeris is an ASX listed diversified mining and exploration company with copper and gold operations and projects across Australia. Our expanding portfolio of operating mines, development projects, and exploration prospects make Aeris an exciting, growing company. Located in regional NSW, Tritton is a key operating asset with a 20+ year history of underground operations. Tritton is transitioning to a ‘hub-and-spoke’ model where ore is transported from multiple mines (both existing Underground and new Open Pit operations) to our centralised mill. This is all part of the “Tritton Way Forward”, our innovative approach to ensuring the continued and future success of our Tritton Operations. A key element to the success of the Technical Services Manager is strong leadership that focuses on the development of our people and continuous improvement of the operation. Reporting to a very experienced General Manager and part of a transformational leadership team, this role will lead the Technical Services Department, primarily focused on the underground mine with support to the open pit operations. We are looking for a technical services professional, familiar with underground hard rock mining, who has the desire to be a leader, is safety and people-focused, has a continuous improvement mindset, and enjoys developing a strong team. This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference and work in a role offering challenge and autonomy. The role can be offered on a FIFO, DIDO, or residential basis and has a range of career opportunities within Aeris Resources existing and future portfolio. If you’d like to learn more or make a confidential enquiry, please contact Adam Harris, Senior Talent Specialist on 0447 759 426. Our People Rock The true value in Aeris comes from two things: people and rocks. While our main business is copper, zinc, and gold, we consider our people to be one of our most valuable resources. Together we have created a workplace culture that is proactive, collaborative, results-based, and above all, respectful. This is our people power and it creates a positive future for us, our stakeholders, and our business. Safety, Health, and Wellness We believe that a safe place of work is created and maintained by all team members. We aim to continually improve our safety performance and support the physical and psychological health of our people. We prioritise the wellbeing of our people, as well as their health and safety, and are proud to be a workplace of respect. Supporting a Diverse Workforce Aeris Resources is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in our workplace. As an employer, we value having an inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace and we aim to reflect the diversity of communities in which we live and work. We look for many different skills and abilities, as well as how you can enhance Aeris and our culture. So, even if you don’t think you quite meet all of the skills listed or tick all the boxes, we’d still love to hear from you! Please note that as part of the recruitment process, you may be subject to a pre-employment medical and police check in order to be considered for this role. Only applicants with valid Australian working rights will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
