Base pay range A$300.00/daily - A$400.00/daily About the Company Davidson has proudly partnered with a leading infrastructure enterprise to assist them in sourcing a Level 1 Technical Support resource. About the Role Looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Level 1 Technical Support for the transition of Adobe PDF products to the new Exchange PDF solution. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent IT graduate or someone with great communication skills and a passion for technology to kickstart their career in IT support. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, guiding them through the transition process from Adobe PDF products to Exchange PDF solutions. Follow step-by-step processes and protocols to ensure a smooth and efficient transition. Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues, escalating more complex problems when necessary. Deliver clear, professional, and friendly support to end users, ensuring a positive user experience. Document issues, solutions, and user feedback accurately. Collaborate with the training and technical teams to stay up to date on transition procedures and product updates. About You Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Prior experience in a support or customer service role is advantageous. Tech-savvy with a keen interest in IT and software solutions. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented approach. The Benefits Initial 3-month contract with a view to extend. Healthy daily rates.
