Job Description Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a technical support team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and fostering professional growth. Ensure efficient team operations and high-quality customer service. Remote Support: Oversee technical assistance for customers via email and channels, ensuring timely resolution of issues using support tools. Monitor energy storage systems remotely to ensure proper operation. Fault Analysis and Reporting: Guide the team in analyzing system faults, identifying trends, and preparing detailed reports with actionable improvement suggestions. Quality Feedback: Manage the collection of product issues and customer feedback, analyze competitors, and collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements. Customer Relationship: Establish strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and local PV/ESS policies to provide tailored support and build trust. Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions for customers and team members to enhance knowledge and skills related to our products and services. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in the Electrical/renewable industry, with a highlight on PV/ESS experience. Familiarity with Australian/international codes including but not limited to AS/NZS 3000:2018, AS/NZS 3008.1&2:2017, AS/NZS 4777.1&2:2024, IEC 62619, IEC 62477, IEC 62109, UL1973, UL 9540, etc. Strong customer support and customer service skills to achieve satisfaction from customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
