What You Can Expect In This Role Your role within Corporate Services will support the department to provide high-level support to the Director-General, the Executive Leadership Team and the department in the areas of audit; finance; procurement; people and culture; information and digital; strategic communication and engagement and business support. The work you will do helps someone every day, and that means the world to us. The primary purpose of the position is to work within a technical team in the delivery of services and outcomes within TDS. What You Will Be Doing Participate in the installation, maintenance and support of the EPW ICT environment and systems through the application of knowledge and technical skills. Ensure you maintain a thorough understanding of current and future changes of infrastructure network systems and best practices. Provide a high level of professional advice, assistance and support to staff in relation to the operations of the Information Systems infrastructure and facilities. Influence and encourage an environment and culture in which high quality customer service is delivered through fostering adherence to quality system processes, continually seeking improvement in the way in which work is undertaken. Contribute to effective teamwork by developing an understanding of the roles and duties of other team members and work collaboratively to assist the team in delivering maintenance and support of a large and complex network environment. Support the team environment by pro-actively sharing knowledge with team members through informal interchange, workshops and documentation. Perform incident analysis, problem resolution management and change management for operational network communications environments.
