Singaporean Only Basic + OT + Allowance = Gross up to $3200AM shift 8am - 8:15pm or PM shift 8pm - 8:15am Working location: Pioneer Company transport provided to/from: Pioneer, Boon Lay, Lakeside, Jurong East, Clementi, CCK, Yew Tee, Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Marsiling, Woodlands, Sembawang, Yishun, Toa Payoh, Ang Mo Kio, Sengkang, Pasir Ris and Tampines Great opportunities to gain experience in the manufacturing industry. MNC Company Career progression AWS + Variable Bonus + Annual Increment Responsibilities: Operation of the machines and process to ensure non-stop operation of the production line, including regular input of raw materials to the fully automated line. Normal operation and monitoring of the machines to ensure that the output is of the required quality and quantity, as well as to perform troubleshooting and repairs whenever there is a machine down to minimize machine downtime. Perform target change, head calibration, and ensure proper procedures are carried out. For any major troubles, a written report must be submitted to the supervisor regarding the nature of that trouble. Sample taking, measurement, and writing of control charts/checklists. Perform conditioning of the machines if the measurement shows irregular trends and out-of-spec occurrences. Carry out 5S and machine cleaning regularly to maintain a high level of cleanroom cleanliness. Any other jobs as required by the production supervisor.
