Job Description
This role will be part of the Technology & Cyber Risk function and will be responsible for implementing and managing Supplier Governance across IT. The Technology Supplier Manager will ensure the security, compliance, and resilience of our vendors meet requirements. The successful candidate is required to work closely with internal and external stakeholders across multiple areas of business (including heads of Business Units, Procurement, senior managers, and supplier representatives) to maintain a structured and substantial governance process that optimizes the value of IT suppliers from a commercial and service offering perspective. The IT supplier management team plays a critical role in ensuring IT and its strategic partners continue delivering best practice processes and the necessary due diligence that ensures the effective and efficient use of IT Services. Support compliance with HCF’s Information Security Framework across the Service Provider portfolio. Maintain an IT Service Provider Framework that aligns with the IT organization and its service offerings and business objectives. Operate the governance plan to ensure effective relationship management is in place to manage all contractual and regulatory requirements across the portfolio. Track all Service Providers’ details including (but not limited to) services, service provider contacts, relationship owners & managers, risk rating, and segmentation, which are recorded and maintained. Ensure effective triage of all new and changed service providers to ensure appropriate governance forums and checks are in place and occur on a cyclic basis, including the determination of materiality with APRA Standards CPS231 and CPS230. Exhibit high attention to detail in identifying, aggregating, and communicating issues and control gaps to appropriate stakeholders to uplift the Service Provider risk posture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
