The Role - A Day in the Life of Scape’s Tech Support: As our Tech Support, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our property technology, infrastructure, and systems operational across our national portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You’ll provide technical support, system maintenance, and network troubleshooting to ensure our teams, residents, and guests experience seamless and reliable technology. No two days are the same at Scape, but here’s a taste of what your day could look like: Respond to service desk tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide IT support. Monitor and maintain networks, WiFi, and AV systems to ensure maximum uptime. Configure new user accounts, devices, and ensure a smooth IT experience. Maintain a secure IT environment, update systems, and ensure compliance with policies. Visit properties to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot technology systems. Work closely with external vendors and internal teams to resolve issues. Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure implementations. Participate in the on-call roster, providing national IT support when needed. What makes you successful You’re a tech enthusiast with a proactive approach to problem-solving. You thrive under pressure and enjoy delivering seamless IT experiences. You’re also a strong communicator, able to explain technical solutions clearly. Here’s what sets you apart: Experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365/O365, and network infrastructure. Familiarity with networking, wireless technologies, and IT security best practices. Ability to troubleshoot issues, prioritize tasks, and think on your feet. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support a diverse range of users. Experience assisting with IT projects, system maintenance, and vendor coordination. Willingness to travel interstate occasionally and participate in on-call support.
